We are very excited to announce we have been selected to speak at the 2019 IEHA Healthcare Facilities Management Conference 2019.
The conference is on the 9th – 11th of October 2019 at the ANZ Stadium in Sydney and includes some fantastic speakers and a great theme for the conference.
The theme is “Gameplan for the Future of Healthcare Facilities”. Something that is critical for all of us to understand as we move forward. Healthcare in particular is an area that is surrounded by change and being able to understand the impact of that change, and whether it should be adopted is critical for all organisations to understand.
A former colleague (and mentor) once said to me “The only person with any job certainty is the Change Manager…” and while I laughed a the time, I see it as more true (and accurate) than ever before.
We are looking forward to present, but also very keen to understand if there are any key questions out there that people are looking for us to address.
